This internship program is designed to build a strong foundation in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade Independent (MTI) channel management, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Interns will learn how to track channel fundamentals accurately and translate data insights into effective, actionable strategies.
Interns will learn how to identify GT-focus products under the Distribution Drive strategy, including how to set targets and build daily tracking tools. They will also study brand-focus drives (Value and Quantity Drive), covering target-setting and daily tracker development. In addition, interns will be introduced to loyalty program mechanics — including program types, schemes, customer selection criteria, feedback recap, and weekly performance tracking.

This topic covers the principles of GT listing, Must Stock List (MSL) SKU's, and visibility rental. Interns will learn to build a regular tracking system (Implementation, listing performance, and also budget usage).
Interns will gain an understanding of margin structure, pricing mechanisms, and promotional pricing slabs.
This topic focuses on analyzing customer sell-out data and developing actionable recommendations based on the findings.
Interns will learn project development related to GT (e.g., Minimarkets, Cosmetics, Baby Shops, or Online C2C Development) or MTI (e.g., In-Store Activation, Space Share, or Must-Stock List SKU's).
