Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw material and finished goods stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the production floor, quality control, and warehouse teams to solve workflow bottlenecks.
- Data Reporting: Track KPIs like production target adherence, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates.
Learn company supply chain network and product lines. Shadow warehouse staff on receiving, picking, and packing. Understand ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) data entry basics. Participate in a physical stock opname (cycle count).
Perform review analysis to categorize inventory value and velocity. Track safety stock, lead times, and reorder point (ROP) levels. Calculate inventory turnover ratios and identify dead stock. Monitor daily stock discrepancies and write adjustment reports.
Review Bill of Materials (BOM) structures for accuracy.Assist in generating Master Production Schedules (MPS).Run basic Material Requirements Planning (MRP) calculations. Coordinate with procurement on material arrival dates.
Analyze a current bottleneck in inventory flow or storage. Propose a Lean/Kanban or safety stock optimization fix. Present final improvement findings to operations management.
