Government Affairs & External Relations Intern

The intern will learn the fundamentals of Government Affairs and External Relations, including the company's regulatory obligations and stakeholder engagement processes. The intern will also gain familiarity with permit and license management systems, document filing standards, and key government agencies relevant to business operations.

The intern will support the organization, maintenance, and updating of permit and license records to ensure documentation remains accurate and accessible. The focus will be on understanding permit requirements, tracking documentation status, and maintaining compliance records.

The intern will assist in monitoring permit and license validity periods, renewal schedules, and regulatory requirements. The intern will gain practical exposure to compliance tracking processes and supporting documentation needed for renewals and extensions.

The intern will support administrative coordination with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders. The focus will be on professional communication, correspondence management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder relationship support.
