Ensuring sufficient stock levels for all mechanical spare parts

- Managing projects within one’s area of ​​responsibility

- Making decisions to resolve mechanical issues

- Collecting and analyzing data from check sheets

- Providing training to enhance the skills of all technicians

- Developing standards and procedures for each piece of equipment

Qualifications:

- Fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.

- Have a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Have basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Have basic knowledge of industrial machines, equipment, and maintenance tools.

- Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

- Good communication in English is a plus

- Willing to work in Factory East Karawang
