Human Resources Intern

- Understand the company's business, organizational structure, HR functions, policies, HSE requirements, and employment regulations.- Company induction, HSE orientation, HR overview, organizational structure, HR policies, Code of Conduct, HRIS introduction, and business process familiarization.

- Develop knowledge of daily HR processes and administrative responsibilities.- Support HR documentation, employee data management, HRIS updates, onboarding administration, reporting, and HR operational activities.

- Understand employee development processes and talent management practices.- Assist competency assessments, learning program coordination, internship or graduate program support, performance management activities, succession planning exposure, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Apply HR knowledge to recruitment activities and workforce analysis.- Support recruitment processes, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, recruitment reporting, HR dashboard preparation, workforce data analysis, and HR metrics monitoring.

- Contribute to initiatives that improve HR services and employee experience.- Participate in HR improvement projects, process mapping, employee surveys, HR digitalization initiatives, policy reviews, and recommendation development.

- Demonstrate competency through an HR improvement project and prepare for professional practice.- Complete an assigned HR project, prepare documentation, present project outcomes and recommendations, receive performance evaluation, and develop an individual career development plan.
