Job Description:
1. Assist with cost estimation and cost control for engineering projects.
2. Support communication and coordination with local owners and subcontractors.
3. Assist internal teams in coordinating end-to-end project activities.
Understand the fundamentals of business management and the characteristics and stages of engineering projects, including the role of business management in project success.
Learn project cost estimation, cost breakdown preparation, cost monitoring, and project cost control processes.
Understand procurement processes, subcontractor evaluation, documentation, and coordination with subcontractors throughout the project.
Learn business negotiation techniques and how to build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Learn cross-functional project coordination and project monitoring to support smooth project delivery from initiation to completion.
Apply cost and project performance analysis through reporting, project evaluation, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
