Understand the company's profile, organizational structure, corporate culture, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), Global Manufacturing System (GMS), workplace regulations, and the roles and responsibilities of the assigned department. Gain a basic understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes.

Fundamentals & Operational KnowledgeLearn the fundamental knowledge, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and operational processes of the assigned department. Gain an understanding of department-specific tools, systems, equipment, and administrative activities.

Develop technical competencies by participating in daily operational activities, including process monitoring, data management, documentation, inspection, equipment operation, quality control, logistics support, or engineering activities, depending on the assigned department.

Support departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives by applying problem-solving methodologies, data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality performance.

Strengthen communication and teamwork by collaborating with related departments. Support daily operational activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop professional competencies in planning, reporting, documentation, and operational execution.

Perform assigned responsibilities with greater independence while expanding knowledge of departmental operations. Enhance technical, analytical, and professional skills through practical workplace experience, continuous learning, and active participation in operational and improvement activities.
