PT Batavia Proseperindo Trans Tbk (hereinater referred to as the Company) was established on December 8, 2014, based on the Deed of Establishment Number 20 dated December 8, 2014, and has been raiied by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU-0133301.40.80 of 2014 dated December 19, 2014. The Company has undergone several amendments to the aricles of associaion, most recently based on Notarial Deed No. 59 dated July 7, 2020 from Chrisina Dwi Utami, SH, M.Hum., M.Kn., a notary based in Jakarta, regarding changes in the Company’s aims, objecives and business aciviies in accordance with the 2017 Indonesian Standard Classificaion of Business Fields (“KLBI”) as well as changes and adjustments in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulaions. The amendment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in leter No. AHU-0052710. AH.01.02 YEAR 2020, July 30, 2020.
