Tentang Penyelenggara

PT Solitude Resorts Indonesia (PTSRI) is a subsidiary of CKM-Squared Pte Ltd (CKMS), a Singapore registered company. CKMS is a company that believes and provides the best value in hospitality, in warm and welcoming accommodations. This core characteristic also forms the basis for PTSRI. With a paid-up capital of approximately US$1,000,000 in IDR equivalent, PTSRI is the owner and operator of Solitude Lembeh Resort (SLR). Located in Makawidey (Bitung, North Sulawesi), SLR is a 3-Start Resort with 24 Guest Rooms, a Restaurant & Bar, Swimming Pool, and Spa. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy the local fauna and flora both on-land (hiking) and in the water (scuba diving), while staying in 5-Star accommodations with the corresponding service standards. PTSRI is a company that focusses on our Staff and our Community. While we strive to make our guests feel like they are hosted in the warmth and sincere hospitality that Indonesians are known for, we also ensure a corporate environment that develops our staff to be the best that can be at what they do, and allowing them to expand their knowledge and experience. We take our social responsibility very seriously. Our staff are mainly hired from the surrounding village of Jikoaras and Makawidey, with approximately 70% of our staff coming from Kecamatan Aer Tembaga and the balance from North Sulawesi. Wherever possible, we engage contractors from Kelurahan Makawidey for our improvement works at the resort. We work with both Lurah and Camat to improve the surrounding areas of the Resort for the benefit of the local residents.
