Program magang UI/UX Design selama enam bulan memadukan pemahaman kebutuhan pengguna dan proses bisnis dengan riset pengguna, information architecture, user flow, wireframing, visual interface, prototyping, usability testing, design system, aksesibilitas, dan kolaborasi handoff kepada developer. Peserta menghasilkan artefak terukur pada setiap tahap, bukan hanya desain visual.
Pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan 70:20:10: sekitar 70% praktik dan proyek, 20% coaching/review, dan 10% pembelajaran mandiri. Pekerjaan yang melibatkan data pengguna, sistem internal, atau materi perusahaan wajib melalui persetujuan pembimbing.

Tunas Sawa Erma Group is a legal company in Indonesia engaged in palm oil plantation and processing, with headquarters in Papua. TSE Group cultivates oil palm and produces crude palm oil. TSE Group started the palm oil business in Papua in 1998, at the request of the local government. Despite the poor infrastructure at the time, Tunas Sawa Erma Group managed well and be the first to contribute in the development of the Trans-Papua Highway. In 2012, TSE Group expanded its palm oil business in Halmahera. The palm oil industry has the potential to generate significant economic and social development. Palm oil, as one of the most successful product and the largest export commodity, provides a means of income and drives economic development for many underprivileged communities in rural areas in Indonesia. The Indonesian palm oil industry is expected to keep growing rapidly in the medium term. In accordance with the vision and mission to become a global company, TSE Group has a commitment to a “No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation” policy, which is clearly stated on the company’s official website. In addition, our concession area is not located in peatland.
