Peserta magang akan membantu memelihara dashboard, tracker, dan perangkat pelaporan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, inisiatif operational excellence, pelaporan sustainability, dan proyek continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Mengumpulkan, menggabungkan, memvalidasi, dan memelihara data operasional, audit, compliance, dan sustainability yang dikirimkan oleh berbagai properti dalam portofolio perusahaan.
- Mendukung penyusunan dashboard, scorecard, laporan, presentasi, dan visualisasi data menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, dan perangkat pelaporan lainnya.
- Memelihara tracker audit operasional, database corrective action plan, tracker sertifikasi, catatan aktivitas sustainability, dan repositori dokumen.
- Membantu proyek otomatisasi pelaporan, peninjauan kualitas data, analisis benchmarking, dokumentasi rapat, dan inisiatif Operational Excellence & Sustainability lainnya.
