To understand and verify the completeness of supporting documents, identify missing documents, and ensure all required documents are properly documented and archived.

To identify applicable taxes for each transaction, determine the required tax supporting documents, and ensure tax compliance based on applicable Indonesian tax regulations

To analyze transactions, determine the appropriate general ledger accounts, and identify the correct journal entries based on the nature of each transaction.

To record approved transactions in the accounting system accurately, including expense recognition, tax entries, and amortization where applicable.

To reconcile recorded transactions against supporting documents, identify discrepancies, and perform necessary corrections with proper approval.

To independently process assigned accounts payable transactions, ensure document completeness and accurate tax treatment, and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
