Mechanical, Engineering, and Plumbing Support Intern

1. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP equipment and facilities, including mechanical, electrical, utility, HVAC, and facility systems, according to approved schedules and procedures.

2. Conduct daily inspections and basic monitoring of assigned equipment, including temperature, pressure, ampere, airflow, vibration, leakage, and other applicable parameters, and report any abnormalities identified.

3. Perform basic maintenance activities such as troubleshooting, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, minor repair, and sparepart replacement within the assigned competence and under appropriate supervision.

4. Maintain accurate maintenance records, including inspection results, work activities, abnormalities, sparepart usage, and work completion, while supporting breakdown response, RCA, shutdown, improvement, and technical projects when required.

5. Support a safe, clean, and compliant working environment by following 5R, K3/OHS, GMP, FSSC 22000, Halal Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 requirements and applying proper use of tools, equipment, and spareparts.
