Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, training materials, and other process documentation to support project implementation. 3. Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, including data preparation, report development, and performance monitoring. 4. Support data validation, report troubleshooting, and analysis of business data to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability. 5. Develop and test workflow automation solutions using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide reporting insights, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Learn company business processes through observation and stakeholder discussions. Develop As-Is Process Maps, Swimlane Diagrams, and SIPOC Diagrams to understand operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
Learn how to create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and other process documentation to support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Learn data preparation and transformation using Power Query, data modeling concepts, and dashboard development in Power BI to support operational reporting and performance monitoring.
Learn advanced Power BI features, including DAX measures, KPI development, dashboard optimization, data validation, report troubleshooting, and insight generation for business stakeholders.
Learn to design, develop, and test automated workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft 365 solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate notifications, and streamline business processes.
Apply knowledge gained throughout the internship to identify process improvement opportunities, support digital transformation initiatives, analyze business requirements, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
