Memahami dan membantu proses evaluasi penawaran vendor dari aspek teknis, administrasi, dan komersial.
Membantu pengelolaan dokumen pengadaan, penerbitan PO, administrasi kontrak, dan kelengkapan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
Mendukung monitoring kinerja vendor, penyusunan laporan aktivitas pengadaan, serta analisis data pengadaan untuk kebutuhan evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan.
Melaksanakan proyek sederhana terkait perbaikan proses, efisiensi, atau digitalisasi pengadaan. Menyampaikan hasil pembelajaran, proyek, dan rekomendasi perbaikan proses pengadaan.
