As part of the People & Culture team, you will support initiatives that shape employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and turn people priorities into meaningful actions across the organization.

This internship goes beyond traditional HR administration. You will be involved in people projects, employee engagement initiatives, strategic HR programs, and cross-functional collaboration, giving you the opportunity to see how HR contributes to both people and business success.

Key Tasks

- Support People & Culture initiatives across the organization.

- Contribute to projects that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and workplace culture.

- Assist in translating people strategy into programs, initiatives, and communication.

- Support project coordination, progress tracking, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up across HR initiatives.

- Gather, analyze, and summarize employee feedback, engagement data, and people-related insights.

- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, workshops, and people programs.

- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support continuous improvement in people practices.

- Support selected HR operational and administrative activities related to ongoing projects.
