Business Operations Intern - Business & Operations - Jakarta HQ

- Actively contact tutors to offer teaching opportunities that match student needs, including schedules, subjects, grade levels, class locations, and teaching fees.

- Input and assign confirmed tutors into the internal system (CMS) accurately based on operational guidelines.

- Send reminders to tutors before class starts, ensure they arrive on time, and make sure they fill in attendance, student ratings, and class notes after each session.

- Follow up with tutors to ensure all session documentation and admin tasks are completed on time.

- Help solve daily operational issues related to tutor availability, last-minute cancellations, and schedule changes.

- Update the daily status of tutor offers, assignments, and class completions, and share regular operational updates with the team.
