Area Creative Demand Creation and Digital Activation Management Intern - Surabaya

1. Event Activation Project Management: Support the planning and execution of Super Brand Day RTP, Beauty Bazaar, BFA, Webvaganza, local anniversary events, Color Run KDS Bojonegoro, Emina Café, and other local activations.

2. Social Buzz and Digital Activation: Support digital activities and social media amplification for in-store and out-of-store activations to increase brand awareness and engagement.

3. Brand Collaboration and Partnership: Support cross-brand collaborations, festive campaigns, and partnership initiatives with local brands, communities, and agencies.

4. Community Recruitment and Growth: Recruit creators through events, stores, and online channels; manage onboarding processes, content guidelines, and community engagement.

5. Brand and Team Coordination: Support national and area-level brand activities, coordinate team execution, and contribute to achieving monthly targets.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare monthly reports, evaluate activation and community performance through PDCA, and recommend improvements to increase event productivity and sell-out contribution.
