Take responsibility for the accuracy of logistics data input and stock movements in the system
1. Discrepancy Handling: Learn to process claims for damaged goods, short shipments, or delivery delays. 2. Filing System Management: Maintain a well-organized physical and digital archiving system for easy audit retrieval
1. Vendor Relations: Liaise with transport vendors to monitor their delivery performance (KPIs) and schedules. 2. Freight Billing Review: Verify and approve freight bills and carrier invoices before forwarding them to the finance department. 3. Inventory Analysis: Identify slow-moving stock or inventory bottlenecks in the warehouse
