What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the logistics and coordination of the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all administrative steps run smoothly for new and departing employees.
- Provide administrative assistance for day-to-day People team initiatives, documentation, and projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Compile and analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and inform decision-making on people initiatives.
- Support the administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Maintain and regularly update employee master data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets, perform HR data analysis, and prepare routine reports using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and QUERY.
- Assist in preparing and managing HR administrative and legal documents, including employment contracts (PKWT), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other compliance documents.
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation platforms to streamline People Operations workflows, including employee inquiry responses, data aggregation, and document drafting.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Law, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis, with the ability to work confidently with numbers and complex formulas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges and initiatives.
- Demonstrated interest or foundational skills in AI-driven automation tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labour laws, HR compliance, and BPJS administration.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information and HR documentation.
