As a Performance Management Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to projects and initiatives related to performance
management, particularly in policy and business process development, performance data management, process improvement,
and automation. This role provides an opportunity to learn how processes, data, and technology are used to support a more
effective and structured performance management system.
• Minggu 1-2: Onboarding SPMO, siklus PM, kebijakan, kalender kinerja & stakeholder map. • Minggu 3-4: Menyusun as-is process map (BPMN/flowchart) untuk scope assigned.
• Review SOP, guideline, workflow & template eksisting. • Benchmarking praktik PM (min. 3 referensi) & identifikasi gap/bottleneck. • Menyusun draft revisi SOP / to-be process map.
• Konsolidasi, cleaning & validasi dataset kinerja (target, realisasi, rating). • Menyusun data dictionary & checklist validasi data.
• Memetakan data flow performance management end-to-end. • Mengidentifikasi min. 2 aktivitas manual & membangun 1 simple automation.
• Menyusun dashboard kinerja & structured dataset untuk scope assigned. • Menyusun management report berkala beserta min. 3 key insight.
• Konsolidasi hasil process improvement, data, automation & dashboard. • Menyusun handover file (SOP, dataset, panduan dashboard/automation). • Final project presentation & defense.
