Sales Support

- Maintain and update customer, project, and sales databases.

- Assist in preparing sales quotations, price lists, and other commercial documents based on approved information.

- Receive, register, and organize customer purchase orders (POs) and related documents.

- Check PO details against approved quotations, contracts, product specifications, and other supporting documents.

- Assist in preparing and processing sales orders in the company's designated system, subject to authorization.

Qualifications:

- Fresh graduate or final-year graduate from Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to work with Excel Formula

- Able to organize documents, maintain records, and perform basic data checking

- Careful in handling product codes, quantities, prices, dates, and commercial documents

- Ability to communicate in English is a plus
