What You'll Be Doing:
* Collaborate with an agile development team to support the delivery of impactful web features and improvements.
* Assist in building and testing web application features, primarily using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or similar frameworks.
* Support frontend development tasks such as fixing bugs, improving UI, or implementing small features under close guidance.
* Participate in code reviews, and team discussions where you will learn industry best practices and coding standards.
* Be mentored by team members and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in technical confidence and capability.
Who We Are Looking For: We’re looking for enthusiastic learners who are passionate about web development and eager to grow through hands-on experience. While we don’t expect interns to be experts, we value a strong foundation, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

- Web Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.

Set up the development environment, learn the product and team workflow, and begin real work in the first week through code cleanup, bug fixes, or minor improvements in one codebase. Use AI assistance to navigate the code and prepare changes, then validate them with relevant checks and mentor review.
Take on larger tasks and begin contributing to a second codebase, such as pairing a web or mobile change with an API update. Learn the relevant framework and data flow while adding tests, handling errors, and incorporating review feedback.
Deliver a scoped feature across a web or mobile client and API V1 or API V2, covering planning, implementation, testing, and release validation with mentor support. Demonstrate the feature and explain the code, including AI-assisted changes; complete a handover for a three-month placement.
Implement broader features in additional codebases and strengthen automated tests, error handling, and API compatibility. Investigate defects across client and backend layers and use CI/CD checks and monitoring to validate delivery.
Tackle more complex changes involving application behavior, database access, caching, or integrations, depending on the assigned feature. Measure and improve performance or maintainability, assess tradeoffs, and verify that changes preserve existing behavior across affected products.
Own a scoped feature from clarification and technical planning through implementation across the required codebases, testing, and release validation, with mentor checkpoints. Document the result, demonstrate it to the team, and hand over the work with lessons learned and follow-up recommendations.
