Tax Intern

1. Support tax validation activities by checking the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of tax-related documents and transaction data against applicable requirements and supporting documents.

2. Perform basic validation of tax invoices and tax information, including vendor/customer details, tax identification information, transaction dates, tax codes, taxable amounts, and tax calculations under supervision.

3. Reconcile tax data with invoices, purchase and sales transactions, accounting records, and other supporting documents, and identify discrepancies or incomplete information for follow-up.

4. Maintain and update tax validation records, trackers, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and organized tax data for reporting and compliance purposes.

5. Support tax analysis and process improvement by identifying recurring validation issues, preparing basic tax-related reports, and providing insights or recommendations to improve data accuracy and tax validation processes.
