Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Purpose

Deliver IT services in line with agreed SLAs and customer expectations. This role is designed as a development position for candidates who aspire to grow into a Service Delivery Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day service delivery operations and coordination

- Submit deliverables as stated in Customer’s contract in time

- Coordinate with internal & external teams

- Prepare service performance reports and documentation

- Support service governance and escalation handling under SDM guidance

Qualifications & Experience

Required

- Student who pursue Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, IT, Mathematics), Business, or related field

- Candidates without an IT background will be provided with structured onboarding and service delivery training

- Basic understanding of IT services / managed services

- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Preferred

- 0–5 years of experience in service delivery, IT operations, or customer support

- Having knowledge with ITIL in ITSM concepts (certification is an advantage)

- Experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools is advantage
