What You'll Do :

6. Work closely with experienced Key Account Managers and gain valuable exposure to modern trade operations and commercial strategy.
Learn the fundamentals of Key Account Management and understand the business dynamics of modern trade customers such as Indomaret and Alfamart. Gain an overview of account planning, customer relationships, and commercial operations.
Learn how to prepare and organize sales data to support short- and mid-term account plans. Develop analytical skills to identify business trends and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
Support the execution of customer account plans by collaborating with internal stakeholders across different business functions. Learn how effective coordination contributes to successful account management.
Participate in operational meetings and act as a liaison between internal business partners and key accounts. Develop professional communication and stakeholder management skills in a commercial environment.
Support the analysis of execution excellence by evaluating account performance and operational activities. Learn how to transform business data into actionable reports and recommendations.
Prepare business presentations to communicate account performance, insights, and recommendations effectively. Apply knowledge gained throughout the internship by supporting a key account improvement initiative using data-driven analysis.
