We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to allocated budgets.
Defining the business case, identifying key stakeholders, setting up RACI matrices, and establishing foundational project charter elements for IT projects.
Decomposing complex engineering deliverables into manageable Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and timeline baseline scheduling using the Critical Path Analysis (CPA).
Driving iterative technical delivery, managing hybrid methodologies, handling team backlogs, and facilitating core Agile ceremonies.
Proactively mitigating system deployment risks, enforcing quality control standards, and managing third-party hardware or software vendor contracts.
Tracking project costs, financial baselining, evaluating timeline performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), and producing executive-level health reports.
Managing technical scope changes through formal Change Control Boards (CCB) and seamlessly transitioning finished projects to operational maintenance teams.
Drafting a formal Project Charter and building a high-level stakeholder register in project collaboration software
Building a detailed WBS in project management software and constructing a baseline Gantt chart with task dependencies.
Setting up a sprint board (e.g., Jira or Azure DevOps), writing technical user stories, and facilitating sprint planning and daily standups.
Developing a comprehensive project risk register, drafting a vendor Statement of Work (SOW), and defining quality assurance metrics.
Calculating EVM metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC), building cost-tracking spreadsheets, and generating an executive health dashboard.
Processing a formal change request, compiling a project post-mortem and handover documentation, and running a lessons-learned retrospective.
