Explore the operational workflows that support a healthy job marketplace, such as handling listings, resolving operational issues, and coordinating across teams. Identify recurring friction points and document one improvement opportunity, including the affected users and the evidence behind it.

Study the factors that affect job listing quality and the experience of candidates and employers. Review sample quality issues, group them by type and impact, and propose practical product or operational changes to help prevent or resolve them.

Learn to turn operational problems into clear product requirements by defining the problem, users, evidence, proposed solution, and success measures. Draft a requirements document for one prioritized opportunity and review it with stakeholders for feedback.

Description: Support a small pilot or validation of the proposed improvement, subject to team priorities and approval. Summarize the results, recommend next steps, and hand over the requirements, process documentation, and outstanding questions to the relevant team. Expected outcome: By the end of the internship, the intern will have contributed a documented and evidence-based product improvement opportunity related to marketplace operations, sales operations, or job marketplace quality, and supported its validation or handover.
