We’re looking for a curious and structured Product Intern to help improve the candidate and employer experiences across Glints’ digital platforms. You’ll work with the PGE product team and cross-functional partners to understand user and business problems, identify opportunities, and drive product initiatives from discovery through measurement. During the first month, you’ll learn how our platforms work and conduct a structured audit of key user journeys. From the second month onwards, you’ll take ownership of appropriately scoped initiatives. You’ll use stakeholder input, user feedback, and data to define problems, write product requirements, support implementation, and measure results.
What you’ll do:
* Learn the main candidate and employer journeys across Glints’ digital platforms.
* Audit product experiences and present clear findings and recommendations.
* Gather feedback from users and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritise problems.
* Write product requirements, define scope, and set measurable success criteria.
* Work with design and engineering to drive implementation.
* Support testing, launch readiness, and stakeholder communication.
* Measure results and recommend follow-up actions.
