As part of the Legal & Compliance team, you will help strengthen the way the company manages its working instructions and contracts, making legal processes clearer, more consistent, and easier for the business to use.

This internship goes beyond document filing. You will be involved in legal operations, drafting standards, and process improvement, giving you the opportunity to see how Legal & Compliance enables the business to operate safely and efficiently.

What You Will Gain

- Gain hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations, contract lifecycle management, and governance.

- Work on a real improvement project with lasting impact on how the company drafts and manages contracts.

- Learn legal drafting principles, clause analysis, and risk-based review.

- Collaborate with the Legal & Compliance team and business stakeholders.

- Build practical skills in process mapping, documentation, and presenting recommendations.

Key Tasks

- Develop the Legal & Compliance Work Instruction (WI) register.

- Create a harmonized WI template.

- Support improvement of the contract template repository.

- Build a clause library for contract drafting.

- Standardize three key contract templates (NDA, Service Agreement, Consultancy Agreement).

- Prepare and present the final improvement report.
