This role will support Retail Financing team, where you will help track business performance, keep projects on schedule, and turn data into clear reporting for management.
This internship goes beyond data entry. You will be involved in KPI monitoring, project tracking, and business research, giving you the opportunity to see how performance management supports business decisions.
What You Will Gain

Key Tasks
1. KPI Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect and consolidate monthly progress from all departments and Business Units
- Track project timelines and ensure all submissions are complete.
- Prepare the first draft of monthly reports and slides.
2. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Follow up with stakeholders on pending inputs and deadlines.
- Support meeting scheduling and prepare meeting materials.
- Capture meeting minutes and action items.
3. Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain the KPI dashboard and project timeline tracker.
- Organize business case documentation and check its completeness.
4. Research & Analysis Support
- Conduct desk research on the market, competitors, and industry.
- Gather raw data and structure it into clean datasets.
- Prepare structured summaries.
