- Goal: Understand Glints TapLoker, the funnel, and the tools. Observe how the team works before touching anything live. - Month-end checkpoint: Can explain the funnel (i.e Install, Signup, FTA1D) and read every metric on the daily tracker without help. Breakdown: - Introduction to Glints TapLoker: brand, audience and marketing message - Performance marketing metrics and the user funnel - Dashboard and tracker walkthrough - Ad platform basics: Meta Ads, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads - Shadowing the daily performance check - Competitor ads basics
- Goal: Start doing the daily check independently and take part in weekly reporting. - Month-end checkpoint: Delivers the daily check without prompting, and has contributed to at least 3 WBR cycles. Breakdown: - Independent daily performance check: Run the 9AM check alone using the trackers and the AI-assisted monitoring. Flag unusual movements and suggest what action might be needed, then compare with the mentor's view. - Campaign structure and budget planning: Learn how the Pillar 1 Quarter Projection and the weekly plan translate into campaign budgets. Understand why each campaign exists and how it is judged. - Weekly Business Review (WBR): Update the WBR tables every Monday before 5PM from the Marketing KPI Dashboard. Check that numbers are accurate and consistent. The mentor reviews every table. - Meta Ads operations: Build ads and ad sets in Meta Ads Manager on a mentor-approved plan. Follow naming conventions and UTM rules, and double-check creative, copy, link and targeting before publishing. - Competitor ads analysis for the Candidate Working Group (CWG): Fill in the competitor ads analysis and app update sections by Tuesday 3PM. Capture new angles, offers and app releases, and log competitor releases in the ASO and DST Tracker.
- Goal: Adjust bids and budgets within agreed rules, and own the iOS and Web sections of the WBR. - Month-end checkpoint: Mid-program review passed. Can write an issue, analysis and next-step narrative that the mentor edits only lightly. Breakdown: - Bidding and budget decision framework - Supervised bidding and budget adjustments - WBR ownership: iOS and Web sections - Own data updates and analysis for the iOS and Web sections. Each write-up answers: what is the issue, why did it happen, and what to do next. Only highlight changes that matter, such as week-over-week moves above 10%. - Placement proportion tracker: Update the placement tables for Google UAC (Audience Signal and tROAS) and Meta Android and iOS. Spot placements that take spend without results. - Google Ads copywriting: Write responsive search ad copy: 5 headlines (up to 30 characters) and 5 descriptions (up to 90 characters). Follow the Google Ads Ad Group Re-Structure framework and the audience writing guide. - Mid-program review: Review progress with the mentor against the first three months' checkpoints. Agree strengths, gaps and goals for the second half.
- Goal: Become the main contact for the creative workstream, from analysis to brief to launch. - Month-end checkpoint: Has published at least 2 weekly creative analyses and sent at least 2 approved briefs to the Creative team. Breakdown: - Creative performance fundamentals: Learn how hooks, angles, formats and messages affect CTR and conversion. Study the winning content framework and content bank in Perf. Marketing Creative Optimization. - Weekly creative analysis: Analyse creative performance every Thursday before 3PM. Show which creatives and angles work or fail, why, and what to try next. - Writing content briefs: Write briefs based on performance insights and campaign needs. State objective, audience, key message, format and requirements, using the Content Creation Brief examples as a guide. - Creative coordination: Send approved briefs through the Creative Request Tracker and the Marketing x ASO group. Follow up on progress, answer questions and keep delivery on time. - Creative QC, upload and copywriting: Check finished creatives against the brief, brand and platform rules, and ask for revisions when needed. Upload approved assets and write the copy, double-checking creative, copy, link and targeting.
- Goal: Move from reporting what happened to explaining why it happened and testing what to change. - Month-end checkpoint: Has completed one experiment end to end with a written result and recommendation. Breakdown: - Experiment design: Learn how to write a hypothesis, choose one variable, set a success metric and decide how long to run a test. Understand why tests fail or give unclear results. - Run a creative or copy experiment end to end: Pick a hypothesis from creative analysis, get mentor approval, set up the test and monitor it. Write a short readout covering result, learning and next step. - Performance diagnostics and root-cause analysis: Break a CPA or install change into CPM, CTR, click to install and install to signup. Learn to separate seasonality, budget, creative and tracking effects, and how to check each. - AI-assisted analysis with Claude: Use Claude with PowerShell for the 11AM and 5PM performance checks and for ad hoc questions. Learn to write clear prompts, validate outputs against the source data and avoid trusting numbers blindly. - Apple Search Ads and ASO basics: Learn how Apple Search Ads campaigns work and how app store listing updates affect organic installs. Review the ASO and DST Tracker with the mentor.
- Goal: Run a defined workstream with minimal supervision, deliver a capstone project, and hand over cleanly. - Month-end checkpoint: Final review passed. Capstone presented. Documentation is complete enough for a new person to continue the work. Breakdown: - Independent ownership of a campaign workstream: Take a defined workstream, such as one channel or the creative pipeline, and run its daily checks, adjustments, reporting and coordination. The mentor reviews outcomes weekly instead of daily. - Capstone optimization project: Find an improvement opportunity from the data, propose it, get approval, execute it and measure the result. Examples: a creative angle test, a budget reallocation, or a new reporting view. - Documentation and SOPs: Update trackers and write or refresh step-by-step guides for the routines you own. Make sure a new team member could follow them. - Final presentation and program review: Present the capstone results and six-month learnings to the Marketing team. Hold a final review with the mentor covering performance, feedback and next steps.
