As a Commercial Strategy Intern, you will join the Glints Commercial Team and learn how our job marketplace and commercial operations work. Over six months, you will identify an operational gap, then plan, execute, optimize, and present an improvement project under your supervisor’s guidance.
Responsibilities
* Learn how the Glints marketplace works, how the commercial team is structured, and how it operates day to day.
* Track and understand key commercial performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
* Review existing processes and documentation, and identify operational gaps.
* Select a project with your supervisor and define its action plan, baseline, and success metrics.
* Execute the project, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and introducing process improvements or operational initiatives.
* Monitor progress against milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust the approach where needed.
* Optimize the solution using performance data and operational feedback.
* Measure the project’s business impact and identify opportunities to scale it across teams or workflows.
* Document the improvements and updated workflows, prepare a handover plan, and deliver a final presentation.

Present the project's execution, measurable business impact, key learnings, and recommendations to the supervisor and relevant stakeholders. Define next steps to sustain and scale the improvements after the internship ends.
